Veterans will learn valuable construction trades—carpentry, flooring, drywall, plumbing, painting, roofing, and more—while working together on home renovation projects. Each veteran will earn a minimal salary plus a fair share of the profits when the renovated home is sold. Along the way, they’ll also gain hands-on experience in home repair and maintenance.

The goal is to create a farm where veterans can learn hands-on skills, build confidence, and develop real-world experience.
Farming & Agriculture – Teach veterans how to grow crops, raise chickens for eggs, and manage the land.
Farmers Market – Sell the produce at a local farmers market while teaching how to run a small business.
Farm-to-Table Diner – Use the crops and eggs to create fresh meals. Veterans will learn cooking, table service, cash register operation, and restaurant cleaning.
Business & Life Skills – Every step teaches teamwork, responsibility, and entrepreneurship..
